I can't believe I wasn't able to call you today! I was getting worried and wanted to know how you were but your phone was off Shan! I just hope you rest well and PLEASE, for the last time, go and see the doctor...don't torture yourself all right?

I'm thankful to have you by my side and all I can say is thatI'll try even harder from now to give you joy in your heart.

-Well the day started off with my phone running dry which was the reason I left it off till I reached the training centre where I had the chance to charge it. That's why you probably couldnt get to me before 5 o'clock. I didn't want to turn it on because the battery was going to die anyway.

And after that I felt so guilty because your phone was off and I couldn't get to you. When you called,I was in the cinema with about 150athletes and officials and I was hoping your phone would be on after the movie.

But the whole event ended at 11.30 and I guess you'd have slept by then because your phone was off.Ahhhh I feel so f*cked knowing that you wanted to talk so badly but I let the chance go by! Please get better Shannon!
